Instructions

Prepare the Marinade

  • Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and spices in a medium bowl, and whisk until the mixture is well emulsified.

Marinate the Chicken

  • Place the chicken pieces in a zip-top bag or bowl. Pour the marinade over the chicken, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).

Preheat the Grill

  • Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill to prevent sticking.

Grill the Nuggets

  • Cook the chicken on the grill for 4 to 6 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking and a good sear.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Remove from grill, let rest for a couple of minutes, then serve hot with your choice of sauces or as part of a salad or wrap.

Notes

For maximum flavor, don’t skip the marinating time—it helps tenderize the chicken and infuse it with Chick-fil-A’s signature taste.
